Right in the heart of the emblematic Bairro dos Ferreiros (Blacksmiths’ District), the modernised P32 is a place to relax and enjoy the best that life and Vila Real have to offer.
Given its privileged location in the city’s historic centre, this house gives guests quick and easy access to several of Vila Real’s main attractions.
These include the Parque Florestal and the Parque do Corgo, just a few minutes’ walk away, but also Nosso Shopping (shopping centre), Jardim da Carreira, the Pioledo bar area, the Vila Real Archaeology and Numismatics Museum, the Cardoso and 259 restaurants, the Urban Ecology Agency and the Chapel of St. Lazarus at the end of the street. In addition, you have the Corgo Walkways at your disposal for walking along the riverside and the cliffs of the River Corgo.
In turn, St. Lazarus’ the saint whose popular festivities in the area are celebrated in the middle of Lent (mid-March). However, this house is sheltered from the typical hustle and bustle of any city thanks to its location.
At a greater distance, you have the Alvão Natural Park, the Casa de Mateus Foundation, the Natur Waterpark, the Panóias Sanctuary and – the pearl of the region, a World Heritage Site – the Alto Douro Wine Region.
