You can count on us for essentially three main things:

Legal obligations

  • Support in obtaining a local accommodation licence (registered with the RNAL);
  • Issuing invoices;
  • Local Accommodation Manual and Complaints Book;
  • Communications to AIMA (ex-SEF);
  • Insurance and accessories (e.g. fire extinguishers)
  • Collecting and settling tourist taxes.

Good treatment of your accommodation

  • Communicating necessary situations to the owner;
  • Maintenance of the accommodation (minor faults, equipment);
  • Supply of sheets and towels;
  • Cleaning and laundry service with Corgo Azul, Fifoguest’s in-house laundry.

Exposure of the accommodation and communication with the (potential) guest

  • Booking management through a specialised channel – Ynnov;
  • Creating and updating adverts on various platforms;
  • Dynamic and up-to-date pricing;
  • Professional photo shoot at the accommodation;
  • Amenities (gel, shampoo, coffee, water, dishwashing detergent, others)
  • Autonomous and, if necessary, face-to-face check-in;
  • Constant support for guests (costumer care); o Welcome gift for guests.

Other situations

At Fifoguest, we believe that communication is a key pillar to the smooth running of your rental. Therefore, in addition to permanent contact with the guest, we also have permanent contact with the owner to deal with legal obligations and to resolve specific accommodation situations.
